Now everything is going to start to come together in an amazing almost magical way. You are in the solution now. And your life is about to change. 

Smile more today. As often as you can remember. For at least 10 seconds just smile. For no specific reason, at a red light, during a commercial break, just smile. It shifts your mental thought process dramatically while your smiling. Which is what we're trying to do. The brain is a muscle and it has muscle memory. Lets train it to smile more so it can throw random good thoughts at you all day instead of bad.
